The competition is restricted to one entry per household. The competition will close on Friday 31st July 2009 and entries must be received on or before that date to be included in the competition. Winners will be notified either by email, if supplied, or by a letter. Please make sure you include your full postal address if you do not want to receive an email. Only completed forms will be accepted. The judges decision is final.
