* Manual wheelchair users may find the country park area of the site difficult without a stout helper. Motorised wheelchairs are usually fine.

Refreshments
Noah's Coffee Bar has a tasty selection of freshly prepared hot and cold meals, snacks, drinks and icecreams.
Baby Changing
Baby changing facilities are available in the disabled toilet close to the entrance
Picnics
You are welcome to picnic inside the Centre. Wooden picnic tables are located around the Centre for your enjoyment.
Souvenirs
A souvenir gift is the perfect way to remember a great day out. Visit our gift shop on your way out for stacks of toys, games and gift ideas for you or a loved one.
Wheelchair users
The Ark has slopes on parts of the site. Visitors who wish to explore the country park area with manual wheelchairs may find the it difficult without a stout helper. Users of motorised wheelchairs usually do not have problems. If anyone in your party has special needs then please call in advance of your visit and we will do all we can to help.
First Aid
Trained members of staff are available to assist at the entrance gate and gift shop.
Lost Children
Please report all lost children immediately to any recognisable member of staff on the site. Children found inside the Centre or car park should be taken to a member of staff at the entrance gate.
